Edílson de Souza took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arman Lundström. Fabiofs's Jonas Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Alstedt in the 38th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Milton Friedman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arman Lundström. StraX Xenon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milton Friedman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in StraX Xenon FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! After the first half Fabiofs were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When Axel Bark came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the StraX Xenon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Bark couldn't finish the play. In the 55th match minute, StraX Xenon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Gadd to maneuver through the defense. Arman Lundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edílson de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klas Termander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas Pombal. Fabiofs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 77th minute, Edílson de Souza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arman Lundström, passed just outside the right post. Fabiofs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave StraX Xenon FC the free kick. Axel Bark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 played minutes Fabiofs got a freekick which was hit by Edílson de Souza. StraX Xenon FC's Arman Lundström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save StraX Xenon FC from getting a goal against them. Jonas Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Alstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. The Fabiofs supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fabiofs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
