An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Bäck in the 3rd minute of play forced Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Mao Zhen Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Adolfo Silva got a free kick in the 5th minute. Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Academia Monte Gordo from getting a goal against them. After 9 minutes Academia Monte Gordo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven-Ove Eliasson who took care of the corner kick. Mao Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Bäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörgen Sjöman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Lustosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 17 minutes Mellansels stationsgäng's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adolfo Silva who took care of the corner kick. 20 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Mao Zhen Hong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josef Bäck. Mao Zhen Hong stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Hultman's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Mao Zhen Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Hultman in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Mao Zhen Hong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Tidén. Mao Zhen Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Hultman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Adérito Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Sjöman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adérito Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jörgen Sjöman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Fabrício Lustosa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mellansels stationsgäng's Jörgen Sjöman. Jörgen Sjöman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the match, Mellansels stationsgäng's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Lustosa came free, but Jörgen Sjöman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörgen Sjöman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Mouricio in the 39th minute of play. Lars Tidén could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mao Zhen Hong made a huge save. After the first half Academia Monte Gordo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jörgen Sjöman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 77 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Hultman came free, but Mao Zhen Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Samuel Hultman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mao Zhen Hong was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 85 minutes Academia Monte Gordo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven-Ove Eliasson who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice moves Fryderyk Grucza could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Jörgen Sjöman however easily saved by the left post. The Mellansels stationsgäng supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Academia Monte Gordo's performance. The match ended with a win for Academia Monte Gordo.
