After 2 played minutes Lekparken FC got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Kiewra. Lekparken FC were furious when Abdurrahman Aslan was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 7 minutes into the match, Douglas Debecker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigge Holmberg. Lekparken FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Debecker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Limburg United's zone, Mauro Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julius Vanneste came out of the goal and Mauro Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julius Vanneste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyryl Kiewra's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 15th minute Cyryl Kiewra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Vanneste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xander Van Aarschot charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xander Van Aarschot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Xander Van Aarschot got a free kick in the 16th minute. Erling Boklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sigge Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Debecker, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sigge Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Debecker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Debecker in the 22nd minute of play forced Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julius Vanneste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Kiewra, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Mauro Bastos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Vanneste. Sigge Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Debecker in the 30th minute of the match. Julius Vanneste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Kiewra, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The corner led Lekparken FC's Edgard Alves to fire away a dangerous shot which Julius Vanneste despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Limburg United's Julius Vanneste got control of the ball when Mauro Bastos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute Yves Schollens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigge Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Mauro Bastos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Julius Vanneste, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Lekparken FC's Robin Albohm got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes, Limburg United's Douglas Debecker shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Limburg United reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Debecker in the 47th minute of play forced Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Debecker was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Cyryl Kiewra made a precise shot to the right of Julius Vanneste. Limburg United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Cyryl Kiewra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julius Vanneste having to make a save. In the 61st minute Cyryl Kiewra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Vanneste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Cyryl Kiewra notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Limburg United's Julius Vanneste. Julius Vanneste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Lekparken FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Måns Stålman hit a great ball. Sigge Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Debecker, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Lekparken FC's Taha Ali got a free kick in the 79th minute. Philip Toeback received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Sigge Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Henry Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyryl Kiewra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lekparken FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
