The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogdan Lobonț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Frodyma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Zhen Liang in the 8th minute of the match. Julian Borcz came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Emerald's Victor Piţurcă. But to his dismay, Victor Piţurcă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Victor Piţurcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julian Borcz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Piţurcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Rüdiger hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Condrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogdan Lobonț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Frodyma in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Svartengren came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Borcz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Borcz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Emerald's zone, Patryk Frodyma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Lobonț came out of the goal and Patryk Frodyma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shi Zhen Liang hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Ekström in the 56th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th match minute, Auktsjaur IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Wennerqvist to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gabriel Mălaimare hit a great ball. Auktsjaur IF made a substitution. Helge Molander replaced Shi Zhen Liang. Gabriel Mălaimare kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Patryk Frodyma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Lobonț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Condrea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Helge Molander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Bengt Lööf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Emerald's Bogdan Lobonț was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
