The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julius Vanneste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habakkuk Ferdinand in the 3rd minute of play. Louis-Philippe Leyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julius Vanneste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Haşim Sevgen's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. The corner led Hvam FC's Ataol Toprak to fire away a dangerous shot which Julius Vanneste despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Limburg United's Julius Vanneste got control of the ball when Habakkuk Ferdinand tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 20 in the game by Ataol Toprak from a close distance when the talented Julius Vanneste managed to make a qualified save. Limburg United's players were relieved. Julius Vanneste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Haşim Sevgen in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habakkuk Ferdinand in the 30th minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Habakkuk Lee kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Julius Vanneste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Dorild in the 34th minute of play. Louis-Philippe Leyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sylvester Toxwenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Haakon Lindblom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hvam FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limburg United the free kick. Louis-Philippe Leyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Douglas Debecker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sylvester Toxwenius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Ahmet Haşim Sevgen made the kick off in the second half. When Hvam FC's Ataol Toprak in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Limburg United's goalie prevented a goal. Julius Vanneste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ataol Toprak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sylvester Toxwenius was a little too slow when Douglas Debecker got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 68th minute, Limburg United's Douglas Debecker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Julius Vanneste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Habakkuk Ferdinand went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Limburg United's Xander Van Aarschot suffered a sore thigh after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Habakkuk Ferdinand charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Habakkuk Ferdinand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Habakkuk Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Hvam FC's Habakkuk Ferdinand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julius Vanneste made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Julius Vanneste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataol Toprak in the 82nd minute of play. Ataol Toprak took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julius Vanneste. Julius Vanneste dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Julius Vanneste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habakkuk Ferdinand in the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Louis-Philippe Leyman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sylvester Toxwenius. Louis-Philippe Leyman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Limburg United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
