Niculae Miclescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenneth Kvarnström. Snett★inåt★bakåt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. POPODARA F.C's Raymond Halseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Carvalhal in the 15th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Snett★inåt★bakåt got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Carvalhal. In the 19th minute Mats Diallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Kvarnström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Snett★inåt★bakåt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Åström to maneuver through the defense. Valter Parve blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raymond Halseth having to make a save. In the 26th minute, Runar Melum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valter Parve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Halseth having to interfere. Raymond Halseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Carvalhal in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Diallo in the 37th minute of play forced Snett★inåt★bakåt's goalkeeper Kenneth Kvarnström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Raymond Halseth managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Snett★inåt★bakåt's Fernando Carvalhal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Carvalhal made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Raastad during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Snett★inåt★bakåt booed when POPODARA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Raastad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in POPODARA F.C's zone, Ivan Vollander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymond Halseth came out of the goal and Ivan Vollander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raymond Halseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Carvalhal, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Fernando Carvalhal took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Halseth. Raymond Halseth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 67 minutes into the game, Erik Raastad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Kenneth Kvarnström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Carvalhal struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Raymond Halseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snett★inåt★bakåt. 73 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Carvalhal came free, but Raymond Halseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymond Halseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Carvalhal in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Snett★inåt★bakåt's Valter Parve got a free kick in the 76th minute. Kenneth Kvarnström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Raastad, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Raymond Halseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Carvalhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Carvalhal in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Halseth saved POPODARA F.C from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Snett★inåt★bakåt fans cheered their team off the field, for while POPODARA F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
