Runar Melum charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Runar Melum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Runar Melum kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Yves Schollens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raymond Halseth came out and tried to block the shot, but Yves Schollens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Miclescu in the 18th minute of play. Raymond Halseth made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Douglas Debecker sent off a good shot on target. Runar Melum kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Douglas Debecker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raymond Halseth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Douglas Debecker's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Hendrik Herremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Kehlibarov in the 29th minute of play. Jason Jonckers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Raymond Halseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raymond Halseth made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Jason Jonckers sent off a good shot on target. After 34 played minutes Limburg United got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Debecker. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Douglas Debecker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Limburg United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! With a little luck, Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans got control of the ball when Mats Diallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raymond Halseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Debecker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57thth minute of the game Jason Jonckers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POPODARA F.C's Raymond Halseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limburg United's goalkeeper Hendrik Herremans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodor Kehlibarov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Hendrik Herremans made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Mats Diallo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The POPODARA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Jason Jonckers came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Limburg United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jason Jonckers couldn't finish the play. With 72 minutes on the clock, Ole-Kristian Martinsen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 71 minutes into the game, one of POPODARA F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Raymond Halseth had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Jason Jonckers's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Niculae Miclescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to POPODARA F.C getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Atle Magnussen hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match Jason Jonckers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raymond Halseth skillfully saved the ball. If Jason Jonckers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hendrik Herremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Raastad in the 89th minute of play. Jason Jonckers struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Raymond Halseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limburg United. In the 93rd minute Erik Raastad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Herremans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atle Magnussen kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute of the match Jason Jonckers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raymond Halseth skillfully saved the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
