The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoni Fikus got free with Mariusz Kosakowski in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Brandon McConnach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Kosakowski made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Antoni Fikus sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the FC Kiepurowo defense, Antoni Fikus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariusz Kosakowski. The FC Kiepurowo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariusz Kosakowski should have stopped the shot.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Przemyslaw Kociniewski managed to get in a good position for a shot.
