With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Barovero saved River CBBA from getting behind. Arano Abendano made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Barovero was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Funes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Barovero. River CBBA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Santino Seco hit a great ball. Argoitz Abeijon hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Funes in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonio Indiano charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Indiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. After 71 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Indiano. In the 72nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Garrido to maneuver through the defense. River CBBA's Endura Abechuco was substituted for Argoitz Abeijon. River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The River CBBA fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 88 minutes into the match, Ponciano Abarca notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute, Ponciano Abarca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Endura Abechuco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. River CBBA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
