Dennis Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Pino, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, The Woo Academy's Pontus Berglund got a free kick in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco-Antonio Figueroa in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Wallin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Zorros del Desierto's Marco-Antonio Figueroa in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Woo Academy's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Benjamin Tunander sped through Zorros del Desierto's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abelardo Escerza. Fred Hasselqvist's late challenge caught a Zorros del Desierto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred Hasselqvist helped the player get up and apologised. Fred Hasselqvist hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Benjamin Tunander managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Woo Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Tunander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Escerza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Américo Taylor. After a defensive mix-up in Zorros del Desierto's zone, Benjamin Tunander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Escerza came out of the goal and Benjamin Tunander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dennis Wallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco-Antonio Figueroa's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zelipe Claro to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dennis Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco-Antonio Figueroa in the 51st minute of play. Benjamin Tunander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco-Antonio Figueroa in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Wallin saved The Woo Academy from getting behind. Dennis Wallin made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Zelipe Claro sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Basulto got free with Dennis Wallin in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Wallin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Camilo Pino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 71 minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Marco-Antonio Figueroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Woo Academy's Dennis Wallin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abelardo Escerza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Tunander, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. A collision led to The Woo Academy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Stig Norström hit a great ball. Dennis Wallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco-Antonio Figueroa's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Marco-Antonio Figueroa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Wallin was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The Woo Academy succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Zorros del Desierto had controlled the match.
