The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Francisco Maia put in a rough tackle. In the 3rd minute, one of Várzea F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Várzea F.C.. The referee gave JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mónico Ponce de León, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Várzea F.C.'s Serafim Mesquita. 0-1. In the 8th minute, Alessandro Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Onana was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Bruninho Arósio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, André Onana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Duardo Cameno's late challenge caught a Várzea F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duardo Cameno helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Duardo Cameno hit a great ball. Mónico Ponce de León hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The supporters of JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS booed when Várzea F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Gaizka Rallo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Várzea F.C.'s Ramiro Rosado got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Mandrak came free, but André Onana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Várzea F.C.'s corner Ramiro Rosado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and André Onana quite easily take care of the ball. JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Ramiro Rosado scored to the left of an out of position André Onana, making the score, 2-1. JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's André Onana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The tension between the Várzea F.C. and the JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Koehler. After 55 played minutes JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Rosas. After 56 minutes, Bruninho Arósio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Várzea F.C. and the JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ramiro Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Várzea F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Onana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 minutes of play, Várzea F.C.'s Alessandro Mandrak made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Onana was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Balesio Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Onana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Mandrak in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Mandrak came free, but André Onana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruninho Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Filipe Mendonça got a free kick in the 80th minute. Mónico Ponce de León recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 minutes, Gaizka Rallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS and the Várzea F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute Bruninho Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Onana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Várzea F.C..
