In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mellansels stationsgäng's goalkeeper Fredrik Almqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mellansels stationsgäng's Per-Olof Pihl got a free kick in the 17th minute. Östen Lundin's late challenge caught a Club13's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
