Sylvester Toxwenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sylvester Toxwenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bram Smits in the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Bram Smits could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Sylvester Toxwenius however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Hvam FC's Ricki Dorild got a free kick in the 27th minute. Chrestian Sæmer made a great header on Hvam FC's corner, it was just that AC Pitt Bier's Niels Rensenbrink managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Bram Smits managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Pitt Bier's supporters rose to their feet, but Bram Smits was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylvester Toxwenius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niels Rensenbrink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricki Dorild, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Johannes Rogaars's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sylvester Toxwenius was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Sylvester Toxwenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frede Raunsholm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damien van Putten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lennarth Larnou got his second yellow card in the match during the 53rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sylvester Toxwenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bram Smits went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Hvam FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ricki Dorild hit a great ball. When Johannes Rogaars came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the AC Pitt Bier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Rogaars couldn't finish the play. The supporters of AC Pitt Bier booed when Hvam FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frede Raunsholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard, long distance shot from Pascall de Vries flew over the goal. When Timo Børløs came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Hvam FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Børløs couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Hvam FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bram Smits came free, but Sylvester Toxwenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
