Iwan Lepucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gard Bredesen in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute LavAzzA were awarded a corner. Amerigo Labarra went to the cornerflag to take it. LavAzzA's Hannes Forsberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thomas Revheim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gaudencio Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Revheim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. LavAzzA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amerigo Labarra in the 15th minute. After 18 minutes of play, POPODARA F.C's Gard Bredesen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Lepucki was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in POPODARA F.C's zone, Fred Feuerstein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Revheim came out of the goal and Fred Feuerstein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaudencio Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Walery Popowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, POPODARA F.C's Dimas Amaro got a free kick in the 28th minute. Gaudencio Lekubegi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Thomas Revheim made a huge save. In the 33rd minute LavAzzA were awarded a corner. Amerigo Labarra went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on LavAzzA's corner Amerigo Labarra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thomas Revheim quite easily take care of the ball. In the 36th minute Adam Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Revheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Bendik Bekken came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gard Bredesen in the 39th minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xavier von Felten kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. İbrahima Diallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Lepucki having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gard Bredesen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Nguyễn Phuong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LavAzzA and the POPODARA F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of POPODARA F.C booed when LavAzzA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Phuong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iwan Lepucki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kryspin Mazierski. 53 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Lekubegi came free, but Thomas Revheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Revheim. POPODARA F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Thomas Revheim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Lekubegi came free, but Thomas Revheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walery Popowicz got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Andres Iniesta. After 65 played minutes LavAzzA got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Pinto. 69 minutes into the game, LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Revheim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. A collision led to LavAzzA getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Hannes Forsberg hit a great ball. POPODARA F.C made a substitution. Jack Berland replaced Dimas Amaro. In the 80th minute, Hannes Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Gard Bredesen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwan Lepucki was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LavAzzA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. If Gaudencio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Gonza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iwan Lepucki came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruperto Gonza slotted it home off the left post making it 5-2 in the 95th minute. LavAzzA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
