Aykan İsmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joris De Raeve in the 12th minute of play. Julius Vanneste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ibrahim Hanif went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Vinny Tusk made a precise shot to the right of Julius Vanneste. Limburg United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Limburg United booed when FC Gladiators Milošová was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Limburg United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Gladiators Milošová the free kick. After 35 played minutes Limburg United got a freekick which was hit by Mickael den Pelsmaeker. Ibrahim Hanif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julius Vanneste having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, FC Gladiators Milošová's Vinny Tusk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julius Vanneste made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Ibrahim Hanif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joris De Raeve to make the kick off. FC Gladiators Milošová's Aykan İsmet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Gladiators Milošová from getting a goal against them. Mickael den Pelsmaeker was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Limburg United! Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Vinny Tusk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Vanneste. Limburg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinny Tusk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 70 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Terwenhout came free, but Aykan İsmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Terwenhout received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Aykan İsmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Gladiators Milošová made a substitution. Juraj Šesták replaced Vojtech Abrahamfy. In the 75thth minute of the game Fredrik Terwenhout who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gladiators Milošová's Aykan İsmet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
