A collision led to Raichu JK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hazim Jugović hit a great ball. Rüştü Recber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elian Benedicto's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Juanito Yeste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villawalter City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juanito Yeste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elian Benedicto in the 18th minute of play forced Raichu JK's goalkeeper Rüştü Recber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Raichu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Baraxil Macías came free, but Rüştü Recber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Raichu JK's Ahmet Efe Orkut got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Elian Benedicto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Villawalter City's Rüştü Recber threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elian Benedicto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 28th minute of the match Villawalter City got a corner. Raichu JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerard Velasco ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Villawalter City's Gerald Deulofeu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Villawalter City's Baraxil Macías got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 32nd play minutes Elian Benedicto shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Rüştü Recber and just under the crossbar into goal. Rüştü Recber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elian Benedicto in the 35th minute of the match. Elian Benedicto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Rüştü Recber when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rüştü Recber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baraxil Macías, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Raichu JK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gerard Velasco was slow to take the kick. During this time Villawalter City's players had a chance to rest. Rüştü Recber didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elian Benedicto was the one to do the kick off.
