Rikard Træden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witold Pryla in the 25th minute of play forced JUNICO Ełk's goalkeeper Konstanty Kilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstanty Kilarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Chevalier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Cyryl Smuskiewicz threw the ball into play from the sideline. JUNICO Ełk's Zachariasz Zaremba quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikard Træden got free with Edmund Lenertej in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Træden in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmund Lenertej prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the game, Geoff Turner threw the ball into play from the sideline. JUNICO Ełk's Vladimiro Theobald quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rikard Træden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmund Lenertej having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Edmund Lenertej successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Witold Pryla made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Nightmare got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Chevalier. Edmund Lenertej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Træden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
