After 42 minutes, Afonso Portugal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA COSA NOSTRA and the Frosta Härad IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edmund Bank's late challenge caught a LA COSA NOSTRA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. LA COSA NOSTRA were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leal Valido to make the kick off.
