Isaac Pantoja charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Pantoja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Frosta Härad IF booed when Villawalter City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Pantoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Villawalter City's zone, Karl-Ove Henriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joan Astudillo came out of the goal and Karl-Ove Henriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Villawalter City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Bertil Cedergård scored to the left of an out of position Joan Astudillo, making the score, 1-0. Urban Cedergård came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Villawalter City's Gerald Deulofeu. But to his dismay, Gerald Deulofeu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerald Deulofeu in the 11th minute of play forced Frosta Härad IF's goalkeeper Urban Cedergård to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Villawalter City getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Pau Cubarsí hit a great ball. Bertil Cedergård kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 21 minutes, Gerald Deulofeu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villawalter City and the Frosta Härad IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Villawalter City's Gerald Deulofeu got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the last second Joan Astudillo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bertil Cedergård in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Bertil Cedergård sped through Villawalter City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joan Astudillo. The audience was convinced that Bertil Cedergård's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joan Astudillo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Göran Gustavsson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 29thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Joan Astudillo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joan Astudillo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pau Cubarsí in the 35th minute of play forced Frosta Härad IF's goalkeeper Urban Cedergård to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Magdaleno Alcantara notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Frosta Härad IF's Urban Cedergård. Urban Cedergård was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Frosta Härad IF's Claes Granqvist got a free kick in the 40th minute. Bertil Cedergård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Gerald Deulofeu made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute Göran Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute Göran Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joan Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Cedergård in the 91st minute of play. The Frosta Härad IF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
