Codruț Hanganu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radamel Oakley, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Haimar came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Surahammar's Jan Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Gang Jian in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radamel Oakley in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codruț Hanganu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Codruț Hanganu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel Oakley in the 26th minute of the match. Surahammar's Jan Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Gang Jian in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Radamel Oakley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Codruț Hanganu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mugurel Nediu kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Surahammar's keeper Jan Lindström was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The corner ended in Astor Haimar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Surahammar's Jan Lindström did a great save. Jan Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Sánchez in the 35th minute of play. Codruț Hanganu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radamel Oakley in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Hanganu saved White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- from getting behind. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Codruț Hanganu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel Oakley in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, Surahammar's Jan Lindström got control of the ball when Mugurel Nediu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radamel Oakley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vincent Benett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codruț Hanganu having to interfere. Surahammar made a substitution. After a defensive mix-up in White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s zone, Vincent Benett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codruț Hanganu came out of the goal and Vincent Benett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Pettersson in the 74th minute of play forced White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Codruț Hanganu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Nediu came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codruț Hanganu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Pettersson in the 82nd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Juanjo Carreño threw the ball into play from the sideline.
