Jan Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Fan Jing, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to Surahammar getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vincent Benett hit a great ball. Adrian Kodzhabashev hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Santxol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When George Deac fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s protests and gave George Deac a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute Surahammar were awarded a corner. Xiao Yan Jian went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Xiao Yan Jian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Codruț Hanganu did a great save. Markus Wallman kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jan Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Sánchez in the 65th minute of the match. Carlos Berbiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Jan Lindström made a huge save. Surahammar's Markus Wallman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by George Deac, made in the 77th minute of the game. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Codruț Hanganu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Pettersson in the 82nd minute of play. Codruț Hanganu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Pettersson in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, one of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-. Codruț Hanganu had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Xiao Yan Jian's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Codruț Hanganu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xiao Yan Jian went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Jan Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Fan Jing in the 93rd minute of the match. André Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
