Joseph Edman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Bahadır Tuncel made a huge save. CaPLooNBa's Bahadır Tuncel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save CaPLooNBa from getting a goal against them. Yoto Boshikyov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağatay Saatçioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 30 played minutes Markus Berglund rounded CaPLooNBa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 12 Monkeys's Isaias Frutos pulled a muscle in his back after 33 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baha Kutsoy during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Baha Kutsoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristoffer Kildeskov struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. CaPLooNBa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 12 Monkeys the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Çağatay Saatçioğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sigvart Botlev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadır Tuncel having to interfere. When Kristoffer Kildeskov came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the 12 Monkeys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristoffer Kildeskov couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes of play CaPLooNBa's Çağatay Saatçioğlu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 58th minute, Çağatay Saatçioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristoffer Kildeskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. CaPLooNBa's Bahadır Tuncel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Edman in the 92nd minute of play. 12 Monkeys's Ditlef Tillisch was substituted for Markus Berglund. When the referee ended the match the 12 Monkeys players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
