Reinaldo Aires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Falcao in the 50th minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Tiago Cavaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Sadurni took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Meira.
