In the 29th minute, Futbol Club RRFV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Einar Lilja fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 31st minute of the game, Dedê Freire landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Nils Hellqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nils Hellqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. In the 38thth minute of the game Fausto Vimaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilhelm Colt hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Einar Lilja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diamantino Senna. Futbol Club RRFV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Einar Lilja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 83rd minute Einar Lilja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Lilja in the 88th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
