Lilko Timov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias de Ruijter in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Marian Todorov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mike Zoetmulder. Marian Todorov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Marian Todorov could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Mike Zoetmulder however easily saved by the left post. In the 25th minute Mathias de Ruijter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilko Timov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Mathias de Ruijter notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Lilko Timov. Lilko Timov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
