In the 18th minute of the match Barry McCray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joris Verheecke skillfully saved the ball. Dominic Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barry McCray during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Modlau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elazar Calderon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ortle Sancho made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Elazar Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Winszman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ortle Sancho in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joris Verheecke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ortle Sancho got free with Joris Verheecke in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Modlau's Yanislav Lechev was substituted for Damazy Jucha. In the 67th minute Modlau were awarded a corner. Barry McCray went to the cornerflag to take it. Modlau's Dominic Salazar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joris Verheecke in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Juliusz Slazak came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joris Verheecke could save by the left post. 73 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Elazar Calderon came free, but Sebastian Winszman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Modlau booed when Wisła Tczew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Valentine didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Elazar Calderon came free, but Sebastian Winszman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wisła Tczew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modlau the free kick. Modlau made a substitution. Jedrzej Watarz replaced Dominic Salazar. After 89 played minutes Wisła Tczew got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Valentine. Sebastian Winszman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elazar Calderon in the 93rd minute of play. Sebastian Winszman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elazar Calderon's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Wisła Tczew were victorious despite being under pressure from Modlau for much of the match.
