In the 83rd minute, Carlo Martano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mikael Nordin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. 87 minutes into the match, Alfredo Lemma dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mikael Nordin, 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edinho do Nascimento got free with Mikael Nordin in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michael Jönsätt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Cristoforo Giacomini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
