The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zbyszek Mnich was the one to do the kick off. Bryan Deery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Okopny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boguslaw Ziemba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrick McDonald went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Marian Okopny had several of the 1948 MKS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-3 score and a disappointed Bryan Deery as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beothach Brennan in the 98th minute of play forced Twierdza Wroclaw's goalkeeper Boguslaw Ziemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
