With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sivert Grubb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sivert Grubb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Soned in the 8th minute of play. Dennis Bergström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Brun having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Anthon Soned hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 20 in the game by Kaj Lundin from a close distance when the talented Nils-Erik Brun managed to make a qualified save. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's players were relieved. 22 minutes into the match, Dennis Bergström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nils-Erik Brun, 1-0. After 25 played minutes Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK got a freekick which was hit by Christer Sundin. 28 minutes into the game, Sivert Örtlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nils-Erik Brun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orvar Kilstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orvar Kilstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Ralles Bollklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Brun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kaj Lundin.

The wind increased when Christer Sundin made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Karl-Michael Larsson got a free kick in the 55th minute. Nils-Erik Brun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sivert Örtlund in the 57th minute of the match. Nils-Erik Brun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Löfskog, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK booed when Ralles Bollklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Anthon Soned sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sivert Grubb narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Ralles Bollklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Löfskog to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Michael Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Nils-Erik Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Bergström in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ulf Björk hit a great ball. Dennis Bergström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Brun having to interfere. Karl-Michael Larsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Sivert Grubb made a huge save. Sivert Grubb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Bollström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Bollström took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sivert Grubb. Sivert Grubb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 93rd match minute, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doyle Brunson to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes, Ralles Bollklubb's Henry Tillman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils-Erik Brun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ralles Bollklubb reached it.
