Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eoghan Barrett started the match with the kick off. A collision led to AC Collins getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Cosimo Scevola hit a great ball. Christian Cannone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bowie Scully, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute, Bowie Scully made a precise shot to the right of Christian Cannone. AC Collins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Che Reale came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the AC Collins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Che Reale couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Lemma made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 12thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Bryan Deery would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Collins's goalkeeper Christian Cannone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, 1948 MKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bivadi McNamee to maneuver through the defense. Bryan Deery stood somewhat misplaced when Che Reale came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 19 minute. After 22 minutes of play, AC Collins's Che Reale made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bryan Deery was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Arrigo Di Luzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Collins's supporters rose to their feet, but Arrigo Di Luzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryan Deery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute Che Reale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Deery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Cannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bowie Scully in the 35th minute of play. If Eoghan Barrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick McPhil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Cannone having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Che Reale made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Cosimo Scevola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Collins and the 1948 MKS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosimo Scevola hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Birr Lester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, 1948 MKS's Perry Dimson got a free kick in the 55th minute. When AC Collins's Che Reale in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1948 MKS's goalie prevented a goal. AC Collins's Ferdinando Tamburrini was substituted for Carlo Martano. After a rather tough play, 1948 MKS's Perry Dimson got a free kick in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Alfredo Lemma put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bryan Deery. Bowie Scully fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Cannone having to interfere. Bryan Deery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Che Reale in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute Patrick McPhil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Cannone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1948 MKS's Bryan Deery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Lemma in the 82nd minute of play. AC Collins were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of 1948 MKS for a fine match.
