Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Batistuta in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardahan Erginer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe got control of the ball when Sebastian Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Käller took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glenn Fyfe. Glenn Fyfe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Anastasios Pallini replaced Joel Gaxan. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Anastasios Pallini with Håkan Mild as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sebastian Käller made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Joacim Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Del Piero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilhelm Galle firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Käller in the 61st minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Glenn Fyfe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glenn Fyfe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Käller's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. If Sebastian Käller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Kind of Blue's Jonny Lagerberg was substituted for Anastasios Pallini. Sebastian Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Flavius Cândroveanu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavius Cândroveanu got free with Wilhelm Galle in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilhelm Galle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavius Cândroveanu in the 92nd minute. Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Busuioc in the 93rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gică Busuioc in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilhelm Galle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kind of Blue fans cheered their team off the field, for while A4p FC Gad had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
