Vinícius Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Bebela's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Borges came free, but Vinícius Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hansjörg Wastl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Xiang Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Naldo Valladares quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Serafim Nascimento, made in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bebela's goalkeeper Vinícius Novaes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Naldo Valladares in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Paolo Argi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vinícius Novaes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 30 played minutes Bebela got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Marz. Hansjörg Wastl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Xiang Fan in the 36th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Henrique Borges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bebela's Vinícius Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrique Borges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinícius Novaes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 42 minutes Bebela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Naldo Valladares who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's corner Naldo Valladares fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vinícius Novaes quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiburcio Chago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Naldo Valladares was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vinícius Novaes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vinícius Novaes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Borges went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho was substituted for Henrique Borges. After having played for 67 minutes, Edu Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edu Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho got a free kick in the 68th minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Edu Carvalho put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vinícius Novaes. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Emiel Desmet was substituted for Naldo Valladares. Hansjörg Wastl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agnaldo de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Baldomero Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Hermon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinícius Novaes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Hudson Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bebela's protests and gave Hudson Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bebela's Hudson Amorim got a free kick in the 95th minute. Bebela's Vinícius Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Carvalho in the 96th minute of play. Bebela's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ had won, even though Bebela had held more of the ball.
