Tiburcio Chago was slow to take the kick. During this time Bebela's players had a chance to rest. Bebela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiburcio Chago in the 27th minute. Agnaldo de Alcântara was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Prospero Perico charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prospero Perico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Prospero Perico hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Lobos de Carelia from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiburcio Chago to make the kick off. Xu Ran Zhen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Vinícius Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Bebela's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Ran Zhen came free, but Vinícius Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's Pavao Zadro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinícius Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
