The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Qi Sheng Chong during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrique Borges made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Pedro Geromel got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Malcolm Stenman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Malcolm Stenman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Hansjörg Wastl made a huge save. Henrique Borges struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Germán Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ. In the 63rdth minute of the game Malcolm Stenman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Hansjörg Wastl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malcolm Stenman in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hansjörg Wastl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hansjörg Wastl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Malcolm Stenman in the 68th minute. After 71 minutes of play Deportivo Turro's Qi Sheng Chong was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 71st minute, Qi Sheng Chong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Turro players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
