The corner ended in Kostas Loukas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout did a great save. 6 minutes into the match, Cosimo Laudadio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. SV Balverliefd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosimo Laudadio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 10 minutes, Felix van As managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Balverliefd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix van As was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Caio Pinto in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SV Balverliefd's Harmen Kloppenburg. In the 13th minute, Harmen Kloppenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kostas Loukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Cosimo Laudadio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout. Yorrick Zoethout was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute Cosimo Laudadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Homan came free, but Bradley Allcock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Cosimo Laudadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Laudadio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosimo Laudadio to make the kick off. 52 minutes in the game Lisandro Heerckes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix van As. In the 59th minute of the game Benny De Potter made a throw-in which Virgil Lindelöf played forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Cosimo Laudadio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skyfall's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosimo Laudadio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yorrick Zoethout breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yorrick Zoethout was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cosimo Laudadio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 65 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benny De Potter during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cosimo Laudadio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosimo Laudadio in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yorrick Zoethout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cosimo Laudadio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yorrick Zoethout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
