Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal and Wilhelm Nienhaus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo da Silva in the 6th minute of the match. Steven Homan scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Jarstein, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 20th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Hertha 1969's Yorrick Zoethout threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wilhelm Nienhaus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Steven Homan took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Jarstein. Rune Jarstein dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 34 minutes SV Balverliefd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zé Paulo da Silva who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Hertha 1969's corner Zé Paulo da Silva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yorrick Zoethout quite easily take care of the ball. In the 37th of the match, Gigel Elenescu tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Yorrick Zoethout got in the way and made a wonderful save. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Steven Homan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Rune Jarstein when he managed to save the team from getting behind. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 58th minute of play. Dumitru Bidulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo da Silva came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's Gigel Elenescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yorrick Zoethout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Steven Homan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rune Jarstein was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
