Tarada's Henrick Zeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wyatt Snow in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Buffalo Bills booed when Tarada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Eichelberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrick Zeier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Hjeltman in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wielowiejski in the 12th minute of play forced Buffalo Bills's goalkeeper Lars Köhler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrick Zeier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wyatt Snow in the 15th minute of play. Leif Kohler hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Tor Hjeltman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrick Zeier made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ricart Mendiguren sent off a good shot on target. Buffalo Bills's Ricart Mendiguren managed to work through Tarada's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ricart Mendiguren dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, Tarada's Henrick Zeier got control of the ball when Wyatt Snow tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Stian Aarflot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Köhler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Hengemühl, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Arthur Hengemühl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrick Zeier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricart Mendiguren in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Tarada's Henrick Zeier got control of the ball when Alfred Wieczorek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricart Mendiguren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Henrick Zeier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarada made a substitution. Florian Walther replaced Piotrek Zielinski. Buffalo Bills's Wolf Snow was substituted for Love Canada. Tarada made a substitution. Massimo Wechsler replaced Leif Kohler. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wyatt Snow was the one to do the kick off. Henrick Zeier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Wieczorek in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Buffalo Bills's goal looked a bit too open when Stian Aarflot came free, but Lars Köhler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Apantaratamas Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Stian Aarflot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lars Köhler. Buffalo Bills's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stian Aarflot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lars Köhler made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Serge Jeanneret sent off a good shot on target. The Buffalo Bills supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tarada's performance. The match ended with a win for Tarada.
