In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute Kind of Blue were awarded a corner. Joacim Hansson went to the cornerflag to take it. Kind of Blue's Joacim Hansson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edmond Verdun in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Sebastian Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmond Verdun having to make a save. Edmond Verdun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Käller in the 32nd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorino Sandalio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 50th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Victorino Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
