If Waldo Renteria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yorrick Zoethout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allen Dalton in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Melker Gudmundsson came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Rashad Richardson. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Homan in the 30th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix van As, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yorrick Zoethout made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Allen Dalton sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute Steven Homan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Homan in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Steven Homan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half SV Balverliefd were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amir Lee stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Steven Homan from a close distance when the talented Dario Wilhelm managed to make a qualified save. Cascade Park West's players were relieved. In the 58th minute, Rolland Hobbs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rashad Richardson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steven Homans short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Dario Wilhelm to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Steven Homan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to SV Balverliefd getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel hit a great ball. Zoilo Doblas kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amir Lee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amir Lee in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yorrick Zoethout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Wilhelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Homan in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, SV Balverliefd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Homan to maneuver through the defense. Cascade Park West's Wang Sha Qian was substituted for Amir Lee. Steven Homan hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Waldo Renteria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Steven Homan could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Dario Wilhelm however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Wang Sha Qian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cascade Park West's supporters rose to their feet, but Wang Sha Qian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yorrick Zoethout breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wang Sha Qian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Yorrick Zoethout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Cascade Park West lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
