Filimon Gamburtsev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dario Wilhelm made a huge save. Dario Wilhelm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filimon Gamburtsev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Maximo Horquizar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amir Lee's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolland Hobbs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaias Jakue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dario Wilhelm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Jakue in the 17th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Buceo's Duro Back was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dario Wilhelm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Allen Dalton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Horquizar was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amir Lee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Claude Joyner hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Jakue in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Wilhelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amir Lee in the 34th minute of play. Isaias Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dario Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Isaias Jakue dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dario Wilhelm, 2-0. Maximo Horquizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amir Lee, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Jakue to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filcho Kordov to maneuver through the defense. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Jakue in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes in the game, Amir Lee fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maximo Horquizar having to interfere. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldo Renteria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaias Jakue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Wilhelm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Xinto Carreiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 76 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Allen Dalton. Dario Wilhelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xinto Carreiras in the 79th minute of the match. Cascade Park West's Allen Dalton got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xinto Carreiras struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Dario Wilhelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Buceo. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sporting Buceo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cascade Park West had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
