Aurelio Di Lullo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franco Sarnelli got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Attilio Fortunato. 9 minutes into the game, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Hector Hugo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Di Lullo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 12th minute, Hector Hugo made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Valdieri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Hugo in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Di Lullo saved Valdieri from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Hector Hugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Valdieri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Hugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 26th minute Radomil Michnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Di Lullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Elia Mascitti hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Hector Hugo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Di Lullo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Aurelio Di Lullo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Hugo in the 31st minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Hector Hugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Valdieri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Hugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Aurelio Di Lullo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Hugo went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. After the first half Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Attilio Fortunato was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Emanuele Ranieri hit a great ball. Aurelio Di Lullo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marius Neset. When Hector Hugo came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Hugo couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Hector Hugo took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Aurelio Di Lullo to make any attempt to save it. If Radomil Michnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hector Hugo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Di Lullo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Hugo in the 62nd minute of play forced Valdieri's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Lullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Elia Mascitti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdieri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK the free kick. In the 64th match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Mascitti to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Hugo in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Di Lullo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the match, Hector Hugo notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK made a substitution. David Israel Blue replaced Marius Neset. Aurelio Di Lullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Hermansson in the 74th minute of play. Alessandro Torri kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Paul Hermansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Di Lullo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. After 78 minutes of play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's David Israel Blue made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Di Lullo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aurelio Di Lullo came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Radomil Michnik. But to his dismay, Radomil Michnik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. Aurelio Di Lullo was a little too slow when Radomil Michnik got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-15. In the 90th minute, Paul Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-16. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Paul Hermansson put it in 0-17 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo.
