Hector Hugo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Joris Verheecke 5 minutes into the match. Hector Hugo might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joris Verheecke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hector Hugo ran back to his position shaking his head. Hector Hugo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Joris Verheecke made a huge save. Joris Verheecke was a little too slow when Hector Hugo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Hector Hugo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Joris Verheecke made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Hugo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joris Verheecke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK defense, Lech Wojtyna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurel Crivoi. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurel Crivoi should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Hugo in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Joris Verheecke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Hugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's attentive Guld Run managed to snatch the ball when Stasio Marut made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. The supporters of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK booed when Wisła Tczew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasio Marut didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Hector Hugo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 95th minute, Bernt Offendahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Wisła Tczew's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
