An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Vase in the 10th minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Paredes Soberano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Juan-Carlos Cervantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wojciech Fiszer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan-Carlos Cervantes in the 17th minute. The supporters of Leripe Lifestyle booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Vase didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Magnus Svanér got a free kick in the 20th minute. Franciszek Topolski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wojciech Fiszer firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wojciech Fiszer made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Franciszek Topolski sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Maidana came free, but Paredes Soberano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leripe Lifestyle's Yves Lacoste got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Guido Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Vase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paredes Soberano having to interfere. Paredes Soberano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, AFC FUSION's Jonatan Maidana made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paredes Soberano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonardo Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Leonardo Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Maidana made a kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leripe Lifestyle's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kai Havertz was slow to take the kick. During this time AFC FUSION's players had a chance to rest. Kai Havertz made a great header on AFC FUSION's corner, it was just that Leripe Lifestyle's Paredes Soberano managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 55th match minute, Leripe Lifestyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Rossi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Guido Txindoki managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Txindoki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 65th minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. Leripe Lifestyle's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kai Havertz ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 66th minute Juan-Carlos Cervantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Fiszer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guido Txindoki came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paredes Soberano could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Maidana in the 80th minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Paredes Soberano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Juan-Carlos Cervantes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Wojciech Fiszer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Maidana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Paredes Soberano made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Juan-Carlos Cervantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Leripe Lifestyle supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AFC FUSION's performance. The match ended with a win for AFC FUSION.
