Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Fredriksson in the 8th minute of the match. Toni Schumacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atakan Pepe in the 19th minute of play. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Fredriksson came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Richard Fredriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Norberg was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by spikarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kurt Pååk was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Bullen's players had a chance to rest. FC Bullen's Kurt Pååk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lars Norberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC Bullen were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after spikarna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kurt Pååk took the corner. If Richard Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Bullen's Roger Hellström pulled a muscle in his back after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 37 minutes, Sven Nordkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the spikarna and the FC Bullen players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Bullen's Olov Aleberg was substituted for Roger Hellström. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by spikarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kurt Pååk was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Bullen's players had a chance to rest. FC Bullen's Ivar Gudmundsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lars Norberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Verner Hägert's late challenge caught a spikarna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Verner Hägert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Verner Hägert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Sven Nordkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Fredriksson in the 55th minute of the match. Lars Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes spikarna got a freekick which was hit by Atakan Pepe. After a defensive mix-up in spikarna's zone, Richard Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Norberg came out of the goal and Richard Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Bullen's Edvard Sandström was substituted for Gustav Helander. Roland Topp hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Beckman, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The corner led FC Bullen's Kurt Pååk to fire away a dangerous shot which Lars Norberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Richard Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Norberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Fredriksson came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
