If Hector Hugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Hugo got free with Su Premetis in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Hugo came free, but Su Premetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Sundin in the 39th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
