Loco Durazno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Ekrot having to make a save. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Durazno in the 3rd minute of play. Loco Durazno took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 13 minutes Vykans Vikingar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arne Tönnberg who took care of the corner kick. Loco Durazno might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loco Durazno ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Loco Durazno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Bengt-Arne Haglund made a precise shot to the right of Anders Lundqvist. Golden Lions FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Martin Mutumba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Lundqvist having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Loco Durazno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot. Loco Durazno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Bengt-Arne Haglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Anders Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mats Nyström in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcus Ekrot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Loco Durazno kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Mutumba to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Martin Mutumba got a free kick in the 55th minute. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Tage Glanselius replaced Hugo Eden. The throw-in from Fernan Berart in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Golden Lions FC's Joschi Hook. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Durazno in the 59th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Arne Haglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Börje Stål hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Loco Durazno made a precise shot to the right of Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Nyström in the 75th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Souza. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Burç Tokhan replaced Loco Durazno. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Cosme Larpe replaced Mats Nyström. The supporters of Golden Lions FC booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. The corner ended in Marcelo Steven almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot did a great save. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burç Tokhan in the 93rd minute of play. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Tokhan in the 95th minute of play. Golden Lions FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
