Zhuo Ke Le might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vince Di Cola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zhuo Ke Le ran back to his position shaking his head. Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand was substituted for Timmy Henriksson. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samurai's goalkeeper Vince Di Cola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Hultstrand in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute of the match, Horea Boian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vince Di Cola was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 92 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vince Di Cola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilhelm Galle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Hultstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kind of Blue had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
