Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wu Qi to make the kick off. Joaquin Blanco hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wu Qis short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Marcus Ekrot to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Samurai were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Vykans Vikingar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allan Bivall took the corner. Wolffram Lobo made a great header on Samurai's corner, it was just that Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot managed to reach the ball for a save. When the final whistle went the supporters of Samurai were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Vykans Vikingar side.
