FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bullen from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute Amador Merexildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wu Qi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toni Schumacher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wu Qi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toni Schumacher having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Qi in the 24th minute of play forced FC Bullen's goalkeeper Toni Schumacher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toni Schumacher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Bivall, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With his leg Toni Schumacher managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Samurai's Timmy Henriksson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Richard Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the game, Verner Hägert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Samurai's Wolffram Lobo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Richard Fredriksson made the kick off in the second half. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Wolffram Lobo hit a great ball. Samurai made a substitution. Esbjörn Hultstrand replaced Timmy Henriksson. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. After 61 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Wolffram Lobo. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Merexildo in the 63rd minute of play. FC Bullen made a substitution. Edvard Sandström replaced Gustav Helander. FC Bullen made a substitution. Philip Drake replaced Richard Fredriksson. In the 70th minute Philip Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vince Di Cola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Philip Drake's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Toni Schumacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wu Qi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Samurai's Wu Qi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Drake in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, FC Bullen's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Toni Schumacher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Philip Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Bullen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Samurai.
