In the 15th match minute, FC Kurdistan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yin Yun Fan to maneuver through the defense. Allan Bivall's shot from long distance in the 16th minute was not bad at all, but FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 17th minute Roberto-Carlos da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Timmy Henriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alaaddin Solskjær. FC Kurdistan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timmy Henriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Emanuel Åström in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Samurai's Wolffram Lobo. Erhard Esbo got a throw-in 25 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ubaldo Ritchie. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sundström in the 26th minute of play. Vince Di Cola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samurai's goalkeeper Vince Di Cola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Lars Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Lars Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wu Qi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alaaddin Solskjær was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Lars Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Kurdistan's Elliot Nordgren was substituted for Lars Sundström. In the 45th minute Wu Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaaddin Solskjær saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elliot Nordgren was the one to do the kick off. The throw-in from Wolffram Lobo in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Kurdistan's Erhard Esbo. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto-Carlos da Silva in the 56th minute of play. Wu Qi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Henriksson in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Yin Yun Fan got a free kick in the 61st minute. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Iwan Kasiewski replaced Ubaldo Ritchie. Samurai made a substitution. Esbjörn Hultstrand replaced Timmy Henriksson. After 63 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Yin Yun Fan. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 63rd minute of play. Hermengildo Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Samurai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto-Carlos da Silva was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Fredric Hybbert could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Vince Di Cola however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Levander in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vince Di Cola saved Samurai from getting behind. Samurai's Vince Di Cola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Samurai from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Samurai's goalkeeper Vince Di Cola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörgen Levander. Esbjörn Hultstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaaddin Solskjær having to interfere. Vince Di Cola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto-Carlos da Silva went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Samurai:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Kurdistan:s goal. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto-Carlos da Silva in the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörgen Levander got free with Vince Di Cola in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Kasiewski in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, FC Kurdistan's Jörgen Levander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vince Di Cola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. FC Kurdistan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
